If you are dissatisfied with any product you have received from OoMaLoo for any reason, simply return it to us within 14 days of your receipt date. We will promptly provide a product for the exchange of your original purchase. OoMaLoo reserves the right to vary exchanged products based on the nature of the return.

Exchanges are limited to one per household, limited within the continental United States.

Defective/ Damaged Items Policy:

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and quality control. However, mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 14 days. We will replace or refund the item(s) purchased at our expense. OoMaLoo reserves the right to ask for the prompt return of any defective or damaged item.
